Thank you for your participation in Customer Excellence Awards. True to our promise of customer centricity, we had emailed a most of our customers asking them for their valued opinion and suggestions, by way of answers to a questionnaire. The key results of this poll are as follows:

Based on these poll results we will be sending out the awards for 2008, and for 2009, by courier. We will poll again by the end of 2010 to measure your opinion. If in future, a majority of you chose Black-tie dinner and presentation ceremony, we will then provide you with information about the venues and related arrangements for it.
We've been monitoring the impact of our posters and certificates, throughout the year. Once again a vast majority of Nominees who had put up the posters and certificates have reported a significant increase in walk-in customers and increased business from existing customers.

The combined influence of the training, use of software and posters have resulted in increases in frequency of visits of customers, size of orders from customers and increased referrals for nominees. Our questionnaires have kick-started customer interaction and increased interest from customers from their customers.
Based on your valuable feedback we have made improvements in the design and content of the Awards packs for our 2009 awards. We have paid particular attention to the majority request that in order to keep your business's nomination fresh in the minds of your customers over a longer time you will need a Finalist poster in addition to the Awards poster.
We have improved the design of the Winners Pack and content to reflect your opinions. The new Awards Pack contains a Plaque, 2 A2 sized golden Posters and 2 A4 sized golden Posters. In addition, the pack also contains a Winners Certificate and a Training Certificate.
Participation Customer Excellence Awards will mean a lot more to your business than just gaining a training award and increase in business for one year.
