Winners are chosen by an Assessor from our Awards Selection Committee and the Assessor's opinion based on a Points Test is treated as final. Winners and Runners up in each specialisation are selected from the nominated businesses in a wide range of business categories from up to 470 UK Boroughs and Counties.

Leadership - What are your leadership values, style, expectations and relationships?

 

Customer Centricity - how customer centricity is approached and implemented, with a strong focus on personalisation.

Customer Focus - how the business determines customer requirements and expectations, how it enhances relationships with customers, and determines satisfaction.

Business Processes - how systems and processes work together to assure the quality of services provided.

Customer Associations™ assesment and recommendation - how customers perceive value and personalisation.

Total Points - Out of a maximum of 500
