How much does it cost?
The costs rely on the type of Awards Pack you choose. The selection committee member you interact with will inform you about the costs. Our costs are nominal and easily affordable.
Why do I need to pay?
The Customer Excellence Awards programme has a very meticulous and robust judging process based on training and assessment. The fee that you are required to pay contributes towards the expenses, the training provided to Nominees and the software and support provided and it also lets us know that entrants are committed to seeing it through to the end, making preparation much more expedient.
What criteria do we need to meet?
There are separate criteria for each of the categories. The underlying values associated with all categories are customer loyalty, achievement and innovation. Judges will be seeking evidence of the Nominee meeting all the criteria.
How long does it take to complete the Nomination Entry form?
We suggest that you allow at least 10 minutes to complete the Nomination Entry form. All the questions are important and need careful deliberation. Entrants will need to give the information to the Selection Committee member by phone.
How long do I need to be trading?
The length of time that you have been trading is not so important provided you can meet all the selection criteria. However, six months of prior trading history is set down as the basic minimum requirement for Nomination acceptance.
Who can enter?
Small Businesses from any sector can enter. These are the only all-embracing business Awards that are able to consider micro-businesses against SMEs and allow them to compete on a level playing field. Mid sized and large businesses are excluded from these awards.
Why should we enter?
Entry into this programme is your opportunity to benchmark your performance. Entering the Awards will also give you the opportunity to take an analytical view of your business in its present state. But more importantly as an award winning business you will have a significant upturn in both income and profits.
Why do I need to pay by debit or credit card?
Our Nominations acceptance procedure needs its final approval in 72 hours. As cheques and Electronic Funds Transfers can take longer than 72 hours to clear we cannot accept cheques or EFTs.
How does it compare with other Awards?
Customer Excellence Award is a training, measurement and recognition program similar to J D Power. It is based on a nomination followed by a meticulous and robust Judging process. It is dissimilar to other Awards in that it involves training and measurement.
