SPONSORSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
A Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for (i) lost, late, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or misdirected entries for nominations; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind (iii) failed, incomplete, partial, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Awards Programme to be disrupted or delayed; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of a prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the Awards Programme; (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Awards Programme; (vii) any regional, state, autonomous, or local laws or regulations violated during the creation of the entries or Nominations by the Awards Programme. The Main Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the Awards Programme if fraud or technical failure corrupts the administration, security, or proper enactment of the Awards Programme, as determined by the Main Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each Nominee agrees to release and hold all Sponsors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Awards Programme or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based upon intellectual property infringement, publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
Each Awards Nominee agrees that Sponsor's only obligation is to submit entries from eligible Awards Nominees to the Awards judges according to the procedures and criteria set forth in these Official Rules, and award the prizes set forth herein to winners, subject to the terms and conditions herein. The Nominee agrees that Sponsor's obligation is fair and adequate consideration for any entry submitted, and that Awards Nominee is not entitled to and shall not seek any compensation whatsoever under any circumstances.
Each Awards Nominee agrees that if his, her's or its entry is selected as a winning entry, as a condition of receiving a prize, the Awards Nominee shall grant to the Main Sponsor a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, modify for purposes of publicly performing and publicly displaying, and prepare derivative works based upon winner's entry, for the purposes of advertising and promoting its products, and for inclusion in and distribution with its products, Publications and Newsletters.
Each Awards Nominee agrees that by submitting an entry, he or she or it allows the use of his or her or its personal data/ corporate data, name, likeness, and/or voice in publicity or advertising relating to the Awards Programme without compensation. Where permitted by law, the Awards Nominee agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Awards Programme, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Awards Programme or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action or Court petition.

Here's how you can put forward an organisation or business for nomination to Customer Excellence Awards 2012.
There are just 4 simple criteria that must be met:-
1. Customer Excellence Awards are given to selected organisations that are doing enough to improve customer appreciation of their service.
2. Your experience of the organisation you are putting forward must relate to something that happened in the country where the organisation is domiciled. We aim to recognise and promote outstanding customer service.
3. The relationship between you and the organisation that you put forward must be a normal customer relationship. Please do not put forward an organisation that you have not had any personal dealings with.
4. It must be your own experience of the service.
