Selection of Judges CEA 2012

We are looking for a select group of management professionals who are willing to judge entries for Customer Excellence Awards 2012. Each judge will be assigned to specific entries and must agree to review assigned entries in a timely and impartial manner using guidelines provided to them.

Judging an award show like the CE Awards is a great way to share your experience and expertise with the local community. It is an honor and an important responsibility when you are chosen to participate as a judge. You are helping to set the standard for award winning customer service in your sector. Entries will be judged on the judging criteria and compete head-to-head with other entries within their specific category.

Our judges are experienced professionals with an in-depth understanding of the current state-of-the-art in Customer service practices and technology and the objectivity to score entries according to a predefined set of criteria.

Who may enter?

To be chosen as a Judge for CEA 2012 you'll have to put forward for nomination three individual employees from your specialization from any private sector or public sector organisation. The three individual employees that you have put forward for nomination should have signed-up for and updated their individual profiles on Valyu within 30 days from your submitting their names using the CEA 2012 Judge's online nomination form given below. The three individuals that you put forward can be from your own organisation or Company. However, you will not be responsible for judging the entry of individuals you have put forward. Their entries will be judged by another professional from within your specialization.

Selection of judges is by invitation only. CEA will approach management professionals from each specialization and category by email and wherever possible by phone to invite them to be part of the judging panel for CEA2012. In certain circumstances we will allow our judges to suggest the names of other professionals within their specialization as a candidate for selection as a CEA judge. Privileges: As a CEA Judge your profile will be prominently listed on the news ticker style strip on the front page of Valyu (www.valyu.com) for your borough or county, for free. Judges names will also be printed on the certificate issued to Winners.

Judges for this year will include senior executives, CEOs, CFOs, Directors and professionals from a variety of trades, institutions and media. Judging of this year's entry will take no more than 45 minutes in total.

Judges privileges will include automatic right to reentry into the list of CE Judge's for a further two consecutive years based on meeting similar targets to this year. At the conclusion of the competition, judges will receive a Certificate of Achievement to recognize their contributions to increasing the standard of excellence for customer services. You can put forward for nomination any organisation or business.

Here's how you can put forward an organisation or business for nomination to Customer Excellence Awards 2012.

There are just 4 simple criteria that must be met:-

1. Customer Excellence Awards are given to selected organisations that are doing enough to improve customer appreciation of their service.

2. Your experience of the organisation you are putting forward must relate to something that happened in the country where the organisation is domiciled. We aim to recognise and promote outstanding customer service.

3. The relationship between you and the organisation that you put forward must be a normal customer relationship. Please do not put forward an organisation that you have not had any personal dealings with. 

4. It must be your own experience of the service.
