» How much does it cost?
The cost to participate is £19+VAT per employee. This pays for the Valyu profile and voting analytics. The winner certificates in PDF are free. If you want your certificates to be sent to you, we can produce it in Italian Neame paper and hand calligraph it. The cost of each hand calligraphed certificate is £11/US$18/Rs. 500. If you want a plaque made up for your business we can do this for you. Our Acrylic, bronze and Rosewood plaques are offered at cost price at: UK- £49. VAT and courier delivery charges are £8; USA - $69 and courier delivery charges are $12; and India – Rs. 600 and courier delivery charges are Rs.50.
» What criteria do we need to meet?
There are separate criteria for each of the categories. The underlying values associated with all categories are customer loyalty, achievement and innovation. Judges will be seeking evidence of the Nominee meeting all the criteria. You will also need to have achieved above 50% Happy votes for a majority of your participating employees.
» Who can enter?
Any public sector organisation or private sector business from any sector and/or specialisation can enter. These are all-embracing customer service excellence awards. Entry is open to any size of organisation in the public or private sectors.
» Why should we enter?
Entry into this programme is your opportunity to benchmark your performance. Entering the Awards will also give you the opportunity to take an analytical view of your organisation or business in its present state. For a public sector organisation it will instantly perk up its image. An award winning business will have a significant upturn in both income and profits.

Here's how you can put forward an organisation or business for nomination to Customer Excellence Awards 2012.

There are just 4 simple criteria that must be met:-

1. Customer Excellence Awards are given to selected organisations that are doing enough to improve customer appreciation of their service.

2. Your experience of the organisation you are putting forward must relate to something that happened in the country where the organisation is domiciled. We aim to recognise and promote outstanding customer service.

3. The relationship between you and the organisation that you put forward must be a normal customer relationship. Please do not put forward an organisation that you have not had any personal dealings with. 

4. It must be your own experience of the service.
